About
Barrett focuses her practice on creating tailored estate plans utilizing wills and revocable living trusts, planning for long-term care, and assistance with the Medicaid application process. Barrett is bilingual (English and Spanish) and enjoys working with individuals as well as same gender and mixed-gender couples.
Barrett’s approach to legal counsel is values-based and goals-driven so that each plan is centered on what an individual client cares about. She strives to understand the decision making processes of her clients so that a plan is not only consistent with their wishes but is also practically manageable for their own life circumstances.
Barrett came to Nay & Friedenberg specifically to be part of a firm where her instinct for proactive, empathetic, and engaging advocacy fits right in with the whole team.
