Shannon Conley is co-managing partner at the Law Offices of Nay & Friedenberg, where she practices in elder law, needs-based benefit planning, estate planning, probate matters and complex plaintiff side litigation resolutions. She is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington.
Shannon dedicates her volunteer time to protecting Oregon’s vulnerable populations. She was a founding executive board member and current advisory board member for Guardian Partners, a statewide non-profit organization that assists the court in educating and monitoring court appointed lay fiduciaries. Shannon is on the board of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the executive board for the Saling Foundation. She is an editor for Trial Lawyer Magazine and frequently writes for this publication. Her legislative work includes being a member of the Oregon Law Commission’s Modernization Work Group.
