On October 10, 2024, the Law Offices of Nay & Friedenberg were honored by Guardian Partners for our unwavering commitment to protecting the safety, dignity, and rights of vulnerable seniors, minors, and individuals with disabilities. This recognition underscores our early involvement, from providing essential resources, personnel, and office space during Guardian Partners’ formative years, to our continued support.

We’re especially proud of the recognition given to Tim Nay, our founding president, and Shannon Conley, OTLA Board Member and founding Secretary of Guardian Partners, for their leadership and dedication.

At Guardian Partners’ 10th Anniversary Partners Party, over 200 supporters came together to raise $100K, funding essential programs and expanding services, including the addition of a regional employee to serve communities beyond Portland.

We are honored by this recognition and remain deeply committed to advocating for vulnerable individuals, continuing our tradition of service, and providing peace of mind to the families we serve.
